Terms and Conditions of the Wodahumio.pl Online Store

I. General provisions

1. These regulations define the rules for using the online store run by the company Maria Gryzło ZDROVENA with its registered office at 6/12 Cieszyńska Street, 30-015 Kraków, NIP: 7341123931, REGON: 492832877 (hereinafter referred to as the Seller).

3. The online store is available at: www.wodahumio.pl
4. The Regulations are an integral part of the sales contract concluded with the Customer.
5. The condition for placing an order in the store is acceptance of these regulations.

II. Offer and orders

1. The online store wodahumio.pl offers alkaline water and related accessories.
2. All prices listed in the store are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
3. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the store's website.
4. To place an order, you must: a) Select a product and add it to your cart. b) Complete the order form, providing your shipping and contact information. c) Select a payment and delivery method. d) Confirm your order.
5. After placing the order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming receipt of the order.

III. Payment and Delivery

1. The Customer can pay for the order using: a) Bank transfer to the Seller's account. b) Online payment systems (e.g., PayU, Przelewy24). c) Cash on delivery (cash on delivery).
2. Delivery costs are indicated when placing your order and depend on the delivery method chosen.
3. Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days from the moment the payment is received.
4. Delivery is via courier companies or parcel lockers.

IV. Right of withdrawal

1. A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should send a declaration of withdrawal from the contract to the Seller's e-mail address.
3. The product should be returned intact, in its original packaging, to the Seller's address: ul. Cieszyńska 6/12, 30-015 Kraków.
4. The costs of returning the product are borne by the customer.
5. The refund will be made within 14 days from the date the Seller receives the returned product.

V. Complaints

1. If a product defect is found, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.
2. Complaints should be reported to the e-mail address: biuro@wodahumio.pl or in writing to the address of the Seller's registered office.
3. The complaint should include a description of the defect, the date it was discovered and the Customer's request.
4. The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and inform the Customer of the decision made.

VI. Personal data protection

1. The administrator of Customers' personal data is ZDROVENA based in Krakow.
2. Customers' personal data are processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and in accordance with the privacy policy available on the store's website.
3. The customer has the right to view, correct and request deletion of his or her personal data.

VII. Final Provisions

1. The Regulations come into effect on the date of their publication on the store's website.
2. The Seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Customers will be notified of any changes at least 14 days in advance.
3. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
