Terms and Conditions of the Online Store wodahumio.pl

I. General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the online store operated by Maria Gryzło ZDROVENA with its registered office at ul. Cieszyńska 6/12, 30-015 Kraków, NIP (Tax ID): 7341123931, REGON: 492832877 (hereinafter: the Seller).

  3. The online store is available at: www.wodahumio.pl
  4. These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the sales agreement concluded with the Customer.
  5. Placing an order in the store requires acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

II. Offer and Orders

  1. The online store wodahumio.pl offers alkaline water and related accessories.
  2. All prices shown in the store are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
  3. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the store’s website.
  4. To place an order, the Customer must: a) Select a product and add it to the cart. b) Complete the order form by providing shipping and contact details. c) Choose a payment method and delivery method. d) Confirm the order.
  5. After placing an order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming receipt of the order.

III. Payments and Delivery

  1. The Customer may pay for the order via: a) Bank transfer to the Seller’s account. b) Online payment systems (e.g. PayU, Przelewy24). c) Cash on delivery (payment upon receipt of the shipment).
  2. Delivery costs are indicated during the ordering process and depend on the selected delivery method.
  3. Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days from the date the payment is credited.
  4. Delivery is carried out via courier companies or parcel machines.

IV. Right of Withdrawal from the Contract

  1. A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason.
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should send a statement of withdrawal from the contract to the Seller’s e-mail address.
  3. The product should be returned in an undamaged condition, in its original packaging, to the Seller’s address: ul. Cieszyńska 6/12, 30-015 Kraków.
  4. The cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer.
  5. The refund will be made within 14 days from the date the Seller receives the returned product.

V. Complaints

  1. If a product defect is found, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.
  2. Complaints should be submitted to the e-mail address: biuro@wodahumio.pl or in writing to the Seller’s registered office address.
  3. The complaint should include a description of the defect, the date it was identified, and the Customer’s request.
  4. The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt and will inform the Customer of the decision.

VI. Personal Data Protection

  1. The controller of Customers’ personal data is ZDROVENA with its registered office in Kraków.
  2. Customers’ personal data are processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and in accordance with the privacy policy available on the store’s website.
  3. The Customer has the right to access, rectify, and request deletion of their personal data.

VII. Final Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of their publication on the store’s website.
  2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. Customers will be informed of any changes at least 14 days in advance.
  3. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
